Summer Activities Brochure
There are various
great activities going on for children of all ages
this summer. The majority are FREE so please book
early to avoid disappointment. Please feel to ring or
call into the office for more information, a hard copy
of the brochure or to book places.

Come on a Child Safety Course
Cymmer ward Communities First, in Partnership with
the RCT healthy living network are organising a FREE
child safety course in September, which will run over 3
sessions.
What is involved in the 3 sessions? The first 2 sessions involve baby first aid which is run
by a qualified first aider. The course deals with
fractures, burns, bleeding, choking etc. Once completed
you will receive a certificate in paediatric First Aid.
The third session is safety in the home, which looks at
child safety and how you can lesson the risk of
accidents for your child at home. After attending all 3
sessions you will also receive a free box of child home
safety equipment. Please contact the office to book your
space.

Get Cooking taster session
Parent, Grandparent, Guardian? Then why not fetch
your over 8's to an intergenerational get cooking taster
session this summer. The sessions are 10:30am to 12:30pm
on either 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th or 18th August, where
you will be able to cook and eat a variety of tasty
recopies. Contact the office to book your places.
