What We've Been Up To in 2008

Hafod Primary Go Potty
Parents and children came together with Cymmer Ward
Communities First for a clean up and plant pot frenzy at
Hafod Primary School on the 20th March 2008. Children
and adults alike got their hands dirty clearing
overgrown areas and planting summer flowers in the
school yard. The area is now looking blooming
marvellous.

Summer Skillz 2008
Free training and courses for anyone aged 14+ were
held at the beginning of the summer from 14th July to
1st August, in various venues from Penrhys to Cymmer.
These included: Child Safety, Taster Construction
Skills, Play Ideas using Arts & Crafts, 123 Eat Healthy,
Skillz4work, Plumbing & Tiling
